Steffen StaabYamine Ait Ameur

ENSEEIHT/IRIT, France

Yamine AIT AMEUR is Full Professor since 2000 and at INPT (National Poly-technique Institue) in Toulouse (France) since Sept 2011. Previously he was at ENSMA (National School of of Mechanics and Aeronautics) in Poitiers (France) between 2002 and 2011, and he has been the head of LISI/ENSMA (Laboratory of Industrial and scientific computer science at ENSMA). He got his HDR (Habilitation to conduct research) in 2000, and his Phd in Computer Science in 1992 at ENSAE-SUPAERO. His Research topics concern : i) Formal methods for validation and verification ii) Ontololgy based modelling and ontology based databases, iii) Application domains : embedded systems, interactive systems, semantic web, PDM databases, etc.Two main important aspects characterise his research activities. On the one hand the fundamental aspects through the use of formal modelling techniques based on refinement and proof, explicit formalisation of semantics using formal ontology models. On the other, hand, practical aspects, through the development of operational applications, allowing to validate the proposed approaches. Embedded systems in avionics, engineering, interactive systems, CO2 capture are some of the application domains targeted by this work. Yamine AIT AMEUR is the author of several research papers published in international journals and/or in the proceedings of international conferences. He participates to the programme committee of several international conferences and to the editorial bord of international journals. He has participated to several national and international research projects. He is one of the main editors of the ISO 13584 international standard series.

Mokrane Bouzeghoub

University of Versailles, France

I am a full professor in Computer Science at the University of Versailles SQY (since 1992). Since december 2009, I am deputy director of INS2I (the CNRS National Institute of Informatics and its Interactions). My teaching concerns Database Technology, Information Systems and Software Engineering. I am responsible of the Database and Distribued Information Systems Speciality (BDSID) within the COSY Master, and responsible of the Data Engineering speciality (IdD) within the ISTY Engineering School. I am leading The AMIS research group on Advanced Modeling of Adaptive Information Systems. My research topics mainly concern data integration, data warehousing, data quality, context-aware applications, query personalization, web services discovery. I am currently involved in two ANR projects (Quadris project on data quality, and AOC project on complex objects matching) and in a STIC-AMSUD project (quality in data integration systems).
